Online services
Terms
Last updated 10 July 2026
These terms apply when you use the Millers Café website to place an order, send a booking request or use a customer account. Millers Café operates from 55 Brigsley Road, Waltham, Grimsby, DN37 0JZ. Contact help@millers.cafe or 01472 828600 if you need help.
Menu, availability and prices
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and the final checkout breakdown is shown before payment.
- Collection discounts and delivery fees apply only where shown in the checkout total.
- Items, ingredients, prices, service areas and time slots may change. An item appearing online does not guarantee that it is available.
- Product images and descriptions are illustrative. Minor reasonable differences may occur.
Allergies and dietary information
Dietary and allergen labels are a guide based on the current published recipe and the options you select. They are not a guarantee against cross-contact. Recipes and suppliers can change, and food is prepared in shared areas. Tell us about every allergy before ordering and call if you are unsure. Do not rely on a symbol alone.
Orders and payment
- You review the items, options, collection or delivery details, fees, discounts and total before continuing to Stripe.
- Stripe processes the payment. A successful payment does not by itself mean the café has accepted the order.
- The order is accepted when the café confirms it. If it cannot be accepted, the order is declined and a full refund is initiated to the original payment method.
You must provide accurate contact, address and timing information and be available using the details supplied. Estimated preparation and delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. If no one can receive a delivery, or the address is materially incorrect, fulfilment or refund may be affected.
Booking requests
Submitting the booking form sends a request; it does not instantly reserve a table. A booking exists only after Millers Café accepts it. Keep your contact details accurate and tell us promptly if plans change. Online booking requests currently do not take payment.
Cancellations, problems and refunds
The separate cancellations and refunds policy explains the practical process. Your statutory consumer rights are not reduced by these terms.
Customer accounts
Account access uses a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that mailbox secure and tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission. Saved details remain your responsibility to keep accurate.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false or unlawful information, or use automated traffic that harms availability. We may restrict abusive activity to protect customers and the service.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for a failure caused by events genuinely outside reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to contact you and limit the effect.
Law and changes
English law applies and the courts available to you under consumer law have jurisdiction. We may update these terms for operational, legal or security reasons; the version in force when an order or booking request is submitted applies to that transaction.
